Getting started

Before using the Data Compliance API:

• generate an API token
• obtain the email address for the user whose data you want to remove

Once you have these two things, you're ready to delete chatter data for that user.

Rate limiting

There is no limit on the number of deletion requests you can send. However, the system ingests requests at a rate of 45 requests per second.
