Data Compliance API
The Data Compliance API allows companies to request erasure from Ada's databases any personal data associated with an individual's email address. The API identifies the chatter ID associated with an email address and deletes all records associated with that chatter ID.
After making a request, it can take up to 30 days for the data to be deleted from Ada's databases.
This tool assists companies in complying with data deletion requests that may be required under applicable laws (e.g. GDPR); however, use of this tool may not be sufficient to complete all requests, particularly where the individual's email address is not connected with the chatter ID.
