Overview
The Topics view—one of the key concepts in Ada displays a list of topics your AI agent automatically generates from conversation data. You can click into any topic to see a detailed breakdown of the data collected, helping you better understand customer needs and agent performance.
Before getting started with evaluating past topics, make sure your AI Agent’s core elements—like Knowledge, Actions, and Processes—are in place. Other core features may also apply depending on your setup. To learn more, see the Getting started section.
