Persona defines how your AI agent interacts with users and is one of the key concepts in Ada. It shapes the way your AI communicates, ensuring that responses align with your brand’s voice and values.

This section covers how to refine your AI agent’s identity and communication style. You’ll learn how to provide key details about your organization, customize its tone and style, and fine-tune its manners to create a natural and engaging experience for your customers.

In addition to persona configuration, this section also explains how personalization data is collected and used. In this context, personalization refers to information about the user interacting with your AI Agent—such as their name, plan, or region—and should not be confused with the Agent’s persona. While persona defines how the AI Agent speaks, personalization data helps determine what it says.

Persona
